John Travolta gained international fame with his breakthrough role in Saturday Night Fever (1977), which launched him into stardom. His popularity soared even higher with his iconic performance in Grease.
Born in 1954 in Englewood, New Jersey, Travolta seemed destined for a life in the spotlight. As the youngest of six children, he dreamed big and made the bold decision to drop out of high school to pursue acting—a gamble that paid off.

John and Kelly had three children: Jett, born in 1992; Ella Bleu, born in 2000; and Benjamin, born in 2010. Tragically, Jett, who was diagnosed with autism, passed away in 2009 due to complications from seizures. Despite the profound grief, Travolta remained committed to his two other children.
Ella Bleu followed in her parents’ footsteps, pursuing a career in acting and often expressing her gratitude for their unwavering support and guidance. After her mother’s death, Ella posted touching tributes, calling Kelly the best person she had ever known.
The bond between John and Ella is especially strong. Ella has described her father as the most important person in her life, and John regularly shares his pride in his daughter on social media. One particularly touching moment was when John posted a video of the two dancing in honor of Kelly, a reminder of how much Kelly loved to dance with him.
