Ben Affleck Purchases New Home as Divorce from Jennifer Lopez Looms

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez's marriage has recently faced scrutiny, with increasing concerns that it may be coming to an end. These concerns have been heightened by recent developments.

In June, it was reported that the couple quietly put their Beverly Hills home up for sale. After failing to attract buyers, they officially listed the property on July 11 for $68 million. They purchased the mansion last year for around $61 million, and after accounting for L.A. mansion taxes, real estate commissions, and renovation costs, it appears they may barely break even.

Adding to the speculation, Ben Affleck has now bought his own home, which further fuels the divorce rumors. It has been reported that Ben has recently closed on a $20.5 million estate in Pacific Palisades. The new property features five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a breakfast and dining area, a family room, a den, a walk-in closet, a media room, a powder room, and a guest house.
